Mark Todd in UK - new ride "Quincey " !!!

Tuesday, March 16, 2010 - Joanne Bridgman
" Quincey" strutting his stuff in UK !!!Well .......VERY EXCITING NEWS  for us at QNZH, as the legendry Mark Todd has offered to ride "Quincey" for us.  Polly Stockton his  rider  of 4 years is " in the family way " and will not be competing this season . Polly did a splendid  job producing  "Quincey" to CCI** level and  has given him  a good solid baseline  for the future.  We bred Quincey, his sire is "Grasshopper" our resident stallion, out of a TB mare by Brilliant Invader ( renowned NZ TB bloodlines  for jumpers ).

Mark has just moved to a fabulous new yard,  Headley Stud new Newbury, UK.  He has a super team of horses for this season with another new addition of "NZB Campino",  recently purchased from Germany.  Marks tells us  he is very TB looking and ticks all the boxes,  and is Novice level.  He had his first start on "Campino" in weekend with 22 dressage and double clear jumping.

The very talented "NZB Landvision", has been sidelined recently due to small  paddock injury but is back on track and will be out and about soon.

Mark has also just purhased a cute cottage up the road from the yard and is looking forward to a stint of interior decorating !!!
